CSI RESOURCES AND SUPPORT
In less than three months, we assemble “your” expert team and actually start selling on your behalf. That we supply the necessary resources and experience in China is what makes CSI so fast. You only need supply your serious commitment and decision, technical and commercial support as required by the business. As a participant in CSI, we provide you the following resources and support:
A Full-time Sales Engineer: We recruit Sales Engineer based on your technical specification and our experience, one who is established in the markets within which you operate; Sales Engineer is our employee but spends full-time conducting your business (Sales Engineer even carries your company card); Sales Engineer becomes your employee during rollover process, maybe your China GM or Managing Director. Additional personnel can be added when required to support your growing business.
Allocated CSC Management Support: We assign a Project Manager to provide critical oversight for your CSI; Project Manager manages Sales Engineer and overall CSI activity following our strict management protocol (contact us to understand more); Project Manager works with our Senior Management Team to ensure your CSI achieves required sales and business objectives while developing a correct strategic direction.
Allocated CSC General Support: CSC staff provides additional support including market research, lead generation, travel planning, transaction, logistics and basic administrative support to keep your business moving forward; CSC’s General Support allows Sales Engineer and Project Manager to maintain focus on high-value business activities that keep your business growing; we can hire other full-time personnel to support your CSI if required (e.g. inside salesperson).
Professional Office Space and Equipment: We equip Sales Engineer and any other CSI personnel with dedicated office space and equipment (e.g. workspace, storage, computer, communication equipment, etc); the space and equipment we provide give your business a tangible presence in China; Sales Engineer, Project Manager and you during visits have full use of office space as well as common areas within our CSC office (e.g. conference room) for internal meetings and to host business-related visitors.
Rollover Planning Support: Near end of CSI program, CSC helps plan your “next step” in China; CSC defines legal entity options and helps you to choose the one best for your business; CSC helps you setup your legal entity and transfer CSI resources to your new operation; if required, CSC provides project management, recruiting and equipment sourcing support to help with your transition to independence.
Post CSI Support: After rollover, it is natural that CSC provides any ongoing support you require to keep your new operation stable and growing; CSC will work with you to determine the need for and scope of continued cooperation.
CSI’S ECONOMIC MODEL
We commit to build your business for as little investment and risk to you as possible. In fact, our goal is to make CSI an option you simply cannot refuse. How do we achieve this? We do it by deferring our profits until after your business is producing. In other words, we charge a small fee to cover costs during the early stage of CSI; later, as we close sales in China, you pay us commissions based on a percentage of transactions (e.g. sales, sourcing) we generate. This way, our success is directly tied to our ability to deliver results. In other words, we can make real money only after we help you make money.
Aside from our minimal setup fee, CSI is pay-as-you-go whereby you make low payments on a month-to-month basis. Financing your business over time combined with our fast results, allows most sales CSI’s to achieve profitability within 12 months from startup. Few if any other options allow a company to make money while establishing its infrastructure and developing a long-term strategy in China.
